Key Responsibilities
  • Establishing and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers and regional clients in the food retail industry across Southern Germany.
  • Leading and mentoring the external agency field team in the area, focusing on coaching and collaboration to improve the quality of client interactions.
  • Facilitating annual discussions and agreements with regional headquarters and multi-location businesses.
  • Creating and executing sales strategies, including promotional initiatives with local clients and identifying new distribution avenues.
  • Conducting ongoing market and competitive analysis, along with performance reporting to meet sales objectives.
  • Showcasing our extensive product offerings, including protein shakes, flavor powders, and energy bars.
Required Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of experience in sales or key account management within the food retail sector.
  • Proven experience in leading field teams and managing multi-location enterprises.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities, with a talent for building and sustaining long-term client relationships.
  • Strong analytical and strategic skills for effective market evaluation.
  • Willingness to travel throughout Southern Germany and participate in occasional meetings at the corporate headquarters.
  • A genuine passion for nutrition, fitness, and dietary supplements.
  • Fluency in German is essential.
