Key Responsibilities
  • Establishing and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers and regional trade partners in the food retail industry across Southern Germany.
  • Leading and mentoring the external agency field team in the area, focusing on coaching and collaboration to improve visit effectiveness.
  • Conducting annual negotiations and meetings with regional headquarters and multi-location businesses.
  • Formulating and executing sales strategies, including promotional initiatives with regional partners and identifying new distribution avenues.
  • Performing ongoing market and competitive analysis, along with reporting and evaluating performance metrics to meet sales objectives.
  • Advocating for our diverse product portfolio, including protein shakes, flavor powders, and bars.
Required Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of experience in sales or key account management within the food retail sector.
  • Proven experience in leading field teams and managing multi-location enterprises.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities, with a talent for fostering long-term customer relationships.
  • Strong analytical and strategic mindset for market assessment.
  • Willingness to travel throughout Southern Germany and participate in occasional meetings at the corporate headquarters.
  • A genuine passion for nutrition, fitness, and dietary supplements.
  • Fluency in German is essential.
