Business Development Executive

Digital Waffle is seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to spearhead sales efforts for a leading e-commerce fulfilment company. As a key member of our German team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expansion in the e-commerce fulfilment market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging industry connections and market insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales enablement strategies.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in sales and business development, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth.
- Previous experience in the e-commerce, logistics, or fulfilment industries.
- Strong sales skills, with a focus on building relationships and driving business growth.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Fluent German language skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
