Your expertise in sales, communication, and understanding of the relocation process will be instrumental in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and pursue potential clients across various industries.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets and expand existing relationships.
  • Build strong rapport with key decision-makers in global organizations, including HR, Procurement, and Finance departments.
  • Present compelling proposals and solutions tailored to the specific needs of each client.
  • Effectively manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and conversion of leads into profitable contracts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service and support throughout the client lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of proven success in business development within a global B2B environment, preferably within the relocation or human resources sector.
  • Fluency in German and English is essential for effective communication with clients and partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently exceed sales targets and build a strong track record of revenue generation.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to confidently engage with senior executives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
