Your Responsibilities: As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Hadrian, you will be instrumental in driving our growth by securing qualified meetings for our Account Executives. Your role encompasses booking appointments, nurturing marketing leads, and executing outbound outreach campaigns.

Working closely with an Account Executive, you will report to the Head of Sales and have opportunities for career advancement, including leadership roles within the SDR team.

Key Duties:
  • Generate new business opportunities through cold outreach via calls, emails, and social media.
  • Implement outbound calling strategies and follow up on leads from marketing initiatives.
  • Schedule meetings based on BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) criteria for Account Executives.
  • Leverage sales tools like LinkedIn and HubSpot to optimize prospecting and follow-ups.
  • Assist in marketing strategies, including account-based marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in German
  • Experience in cybersecurity or enterprise software sectors.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a sales development role.
  • Strong skills in lead qualification (BANT or similar).
  • Proficient in CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Enthusiasm for engaging prospects through phone communication.
  • Ability to manage multi-channel outreach campaigns.
  • Demonstrated ambition and motivation for career growth.
  • Proven success record in a sales development capacity.
