Responsibilities

The Junior Account Executives (AEs) play a crucial role in generating sales leads and assisting the founders in closing business deals. In a dynamic work environment, you will be expected to quickly acquire the skills necessary to close deals independently and transition into a full-cycle AE position.

As a Junior Account Executive, your duties will include:

  • Utilizing various channels and tools to identify potential clients and experimenting with new prospecting techniques aligned with our Ideal Customer Profile.
  • Qualifying leads and creating opportunities for the sales pipeline (e.g., through cold outreach).
  • Engaging with key decision-makers in IT departments via phone, email, social networks, and other communication methods.
  • As the initial point of contact, delivering a customized Softwaregini presentation and showcasing our product to prospective clients.
  • Collaborating closely with the founders to rapidly advance into a full Account Executive role, taking full ownership of closing deals.
  • Working alongside the founders to continuously refine our go-to-market strategy and enhance the sales organization.
Qualifications

We are looking for individuals who are ambitious, driven, and results-oriented. You should be resilient and resourceful. Your qualifications should include:

  • 1-2 years of experience in corporate or enterprise sales, preferably in B2B SaaS.
  • Ideally, you have experience as a Sales Development Representative (SDR).
  • You possess strong interpersonal skills and enjoy engaging with new people.
  • Excellent communication abilities and a passion for customer interaction.
  • A self-starter mentality with a strong sense of ownership and a can-do attitude.
  • Fluent proficiency in both German and English.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
  • A collaborative team player.
  • Familiarity with Pipedrive or other CRM systems is a plus.
