Position: Customer Support Specialist

About Wolters Kluwer: Wolters Kluwer Tax & Accounting Deutschland GmbH, based in Ludwigsburg, is a leading provider of software solutions including ADDISON, SBS Software, and AKTE. With a workforce of over 600 employees across 15 locations in Germany, we play a pivotal role in the Tax & Accounting sector within the Wolters Kluwer Group. Our software solutions are trusted by numerous tax consulting firms and 1.5 million small and medium-sized enterprises throughout Europe.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the main point of contact for user inquiries related to our software solutions.
  • Deliver customer support through various channels including phone and email.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions in a contemporary support management system.
  • Recommend solutions to clients for maximizing the use of our ADDISON software.
  • Collaborate with teams from Consulting, Software Development, and Product Management.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Completed commercial apprenticeship.
  • Familiarity with accounting principles.
  • Basic knowledge of financial statements and controlling is advantageous but not essential.
  • No prior experience with the ADDISON program is necessary; comprehensive training will be provided.
  • A customer-focused approach and a passion for engaging with clients.
  • Interest in IT and a collaborative team spirit.
