Position: Customer Support Specialist

About Us: Wolters Kluwer Tax & Accounting Deutschland GmbH, based in Ludwigsburg, specializes in product lines such as ADDISON, SBS Software, and AKTE. With a workforce of over 600 across 15 locations in Germany, we are a significant entity in the Tax & Accounting sector of the Wolters Kluwer Group, serving numerous tax consulting firms and 1.5 million small to medium-sized enterprises across Europe.

Your Role:
  • Serve as the main contact for user inquiries regarding our software solutions.
  • Deliver customer support through various communication channels.
  • Record customer interactions in a modern support management system.
  • Offer tailored solutions for utilizing our ADDISON software product.
  • Collaborate with teams from Consulting, Software Development, and Product Management.
Qualifications:
  • Completed commercial apprenticeship.
  • Proficient understanding of accounting principles.
  • Basic knowledge of financial statements and controlling is advantageous but not essential.
  • No prior experience with the ADDISON program is necessary; comprehensive training will be provided.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for client interaction.
  • Enthusiastic about IT and a strong team player.
