Position Overview:

We are seeking a Key Account Manager focused on the Industrial Automation Market in the DACH region. This role involves the acquisition and expansion of our most significant client accounts within this ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establishing and nurturing a solid, trustworthy relationship with major key clients.
  • Addressing and resolving client issues and concerns promptly.
  • Gaining a comprehensive understanding of key account requirements.
  • Proactively anticipating changes and enhancements needed by key accounts.
  • Facilitating communication between key clients and internal teams.
  • Engaging in strategic planning to enhance client outcomes.
  • Negotiating contracts and defining performance timelines with clients.
  • Preparing and presenting reports on account progress, objectives, and initiatives to stakeholders.
  • Ensuring all client needs and deliverables are met within agreed timelines.
  • Analyzing client data to enhance customer relationship management.
  • Expanding existing relationships and identifying new client opportunities.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration or a relevant technical field; a Master's degree is preferred.

Experience: A minimum of four to five years of experience in sales related to networking and computing solutions within the Industrial Automation sector.

Language Skills: Proficiency in both German and English is essential; knowledge of additional European languages is advantageous.

  • In-depth understanding of key clients and their roles within the industry.
  • Motivated to drive new sales, client acquisition, and market expansion.

  • Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of fulfilling client contracts.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering client solutions and achieving sales targets.
