Position Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Key Account Manager to enhance our client relationships within the Industrial Automation sector in the DACH region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establishing and nurturing a robust and trustworthy relationship with major clients.
- Addressing and resolving key client concerns and issues.
- Gaining a comprehensive understanding of key account requirements.
- Proactively anticipating changes and improvements needed for key accounts.
- Facilitating communication between key clients and internal teams.
- Strategically planning to enhance client outcomes.
- Negotiating contracts and setting performance timelines with clients.
- Preparing and presenting reports on account status, objectives, and quarterly initiatives for team members and stakeholders.
- Ensuring all client needs and deliverables are met according to established timelines.
- Analyzing client data to enhance customer relationship management.
- Expanding existing relationships and acquiring new clients.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration or a relevant technical field; a Master's degree is preferred.
Experience: Four to five years of prior experience in sales related to networking and computing solutions within the Industrial Automation ecosystem.
Language Skills: Proficiency in German and English; knowledge of additional European languages is advantageous.
