Role Overview

  • Manage a designated portfolio of accounts, ensuring high-quality support services to achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Respond to all inquiries from the account base, offering tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Educate clients on products and compliance requirements, providing accurate information.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve client issues effectively.
  • Initiate outbound communications to clients regarding any outstanding matters.
  • Provide constructive feedback to teams and escalate urgent concerns as necessary.
  • Maintain regular contact with clients, ensuring updates are reflected in the CRM database.
  • Analyze market insights to inform account management strategies.

What we're looking for

  • Experience in a financial institution or transaction processing environment is preferred.
  • Proven experience in customer relationship management is essential.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are required.
  • Ability to make independent decisions and manage challenging interactions.
  • Capability to identify risky trends and take proactive measures.
  • Excellent time management, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
  • Demonstrated sense of urgency and commitment to follow-through.
  • Ability to cultivate professional relationships with colleagues.
  • Familiarity with industry trends and adaptability to new products.
  • Strong business writing and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel and work flexible shifts as needed.
  • Fluency in English and Chinese is required, with global work experience being an advantage.
