Position Title: Client Relationship Manager

Overview of the Role: Client Relationship Managers (CRMs) play a crucial role in fostering business expansion through the acquisition of new clients while nurturing existing partnerships. They collaborate closely with both internal teams and external partners to pinpoint avenues for revenue enhancement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate strategic account plans to align with revenue objectives
  • Perform comprehensive needs assessments and qualify potential leads
  • Oversee contract renewals and optimize opportunities for cross-selling and upselling
  • Work in tandem with internal departments to stimulate additional sales initiatives

Performance Metrics:

  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Analyze sales performance and forecasts, adjusting strategies as necessary
  • Ensure accuracy in sales pipeline management
  • Collect competitive intelligence and relay market insights
  • Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in high-level sales
  • Proficiency in German
  • Familiarity with Challenger sales techniques
  • Background in selling technology or content solutions
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
  • Capability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively
