Role Overview

As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for nurturing and managing key OEM accounts, fostering long-term partnerships, and optimizing sales potential. Your role will involve aligning our offerings with client requirements to drive mutual growth and success.

Your Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary liaison for key accounts, addressing client inquiries and cultivating robust, enduring relationships with essential stakeholders.
  • Sales and Revenue Development: Discover upselling and cross-selling prospects, formulate strategic account plans, and collaborate with internal teams to guarantee timely delivery of products and services.
  • Account Strategy and Analysis: Assess market trends and client feedback to guide strategic initiatives, create tailored presentations, and track account performance metrics.
  • Coordination and Communication: Work closely with marketing, product, and support teams to align with client needs and ensure efficient project execution, while providing regular updates to senior management.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service, acting as a trusted advisor, and providing valuable insights and recommendations.
Your Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience (3+ years) as a Key Account Manager or in a comparable sales/account management position.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, complemented by strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient sales and negotiation capabilities.
  • Analytical skills, with experience in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with SQL and PowerBI is advantageous.
  • Fluency in English and German is essential.
