International Talent Partnership collaborates with a prominent manufacturer specializing in high-performance commercial refrigeration solutions, recognized for its commitment to innovation, dependability, and exceptional customer service. Our mission is to deliver advanced solutions tailored to meet the refrigeration demands across various sectors, including food service, retail, and hospitality.

We are in search of an energetic Sales Manager to spearhead growth within a well-established division of commercial refrigeration equipment. The successful candidate will possess a solid history in sales along with an in-depth knowledge of the commercial refrigeration landscape. This position calls for a strategic planner capable of crafting and executing sales initiatives, fostering robust customer relationships, and meeting sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and implement strategic sales initiatives to fulfill organizational objectives and revenue goals.
  • Identify and target new business prospects within designated markets and sectors.
  • Establish and nurture strong connections with key clients, distributors, and industry stakeholders.
  • Evaluate market dynamics, competitor actions, and customer insights to refine sales strategies.
  • Work closely with the marketing department to create promotional content, campaigns, and sales resources.
  • Prepare and deliver sales projections, budgets, and performance analyses to upper management.
  • Negotiate agreements, pricing structures, and terms with clients to enhance profitability.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through proficient account management and support.
  • Remain informed about industry trends, product advancements, and regulatory changes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline; an MBA is advantageous.
  • A minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the commercial refrigeration sector or a related field.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capability to implement effective sales strategies.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Proficiency in both German and English is preferred.
