Enterprise Sales Manager (m/f/d)

Position Overview: We are in search of a seasoned Enterprise Sales Manager (m/f/d) who possesses a robust background in the payments or financial sector. This position demands a strategic mindset paired with exceptional business development capabilities, a wide-reaching network within payments, platforms, retail, or marketplaces, and a demonstrated history of success in enterprise B2B sales. The ideal candidate will excel in a dynamic environment, showcasing outstanding presentation and negotiation skills, along with a natural talent for leadership and influence.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive Business Development: Identify and pursue new business avenues within the payments or financial sector, utilizing a vast network to cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. Manage Strategic Deals: Engage in high-stakes negotiations and oversee executive relationships to finalize complex, high-value agreements. Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner closely with Marketing, Product, Account Management, and other internal teams to synchronize strategies and fulfill company objectives. Sales Strategy and Execution: Formulate and execute sales strategies that align with the company's vision, employing data-driven insights to guide decisions and drive success. Represent the Company: Serve as a thought leader and represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance the brand's visibility and influence.

Who You Are:

Industry Expertise: At least 5 years of experience in the payments or financial sector with a strong network within payments, platforms, retail, or marketplaces. Enterprise Sales Experience: Proven history in enterprise B2B sales, with experience managing lengthy sales cycles (6-18 months) and closing high-value agreements. Business Development Acumen: Strong capability to identify and cultivate new business opportunities, utilizing a consultative sales approach. Networking and Presentation Skills: Exceptional networking and presentation skills, with experience in maintaining relationships with senior executives. Analytical and Strategic Thinking: Data-driven, strategic thinker with a commercially focused mindset and the ability to navigate complex sales landscapes. Team Player: Collaborative attitude with a readiness to work across various offices, roles, and cultures in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting. Technical Understanding: Familiarity with product development processes, particularly in the payments sector, and the ability to engage effectively with technical stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; an MBA is a plus. Minimum of 8 years of experience in business development, sales, GTM, or strategy roles within high-growth environments. Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and build trust with senior leaders and stakeholders. Proven ability to meet or exceed quota targets on enterprise deals. Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills. Willingness to travel within the EU as required. Proficiency in English at C1/C2 level.
