Strategic Customer Success Manager

At DataGuard, we're seeking a highly skilled Strategic Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our customer success organization, you will be responsible for driving customer growth, retention, and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive account plans to ensure customer success and growth.
- Provide strategic advice to corporate clients, aligning their objectives with our products and services.
- Foster strong relationships with key corporate clients, understanding their goals and objectives.
- Work with the Sales Manager to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, increasing revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor customer health and identify trends, providing data-driven recommendations to improve customer outcomes.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business growth.
- Experience as a Customer Success Manager, Consultant, or Account Manager for a SaaS company.
- Strong understanding of customer project management, including leading workshops and executive meetings.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a strong bias towards action.
- Fluency in German (C2 level) and English, both written and spoken.
