About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Customer Success Manager to join our team at DataGuard. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for driving customer growth, retention, and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Insights: Gather and analyze customer data to understand their needs, pain points, and challenges.
  • Account Planning: Develop comprehensive account plans to ensure customer success, growth, and retention.
  • Strategic Advice: Offer consultative guidance to corporate clients, aligning their objectives with our company's products and services.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with key corporate clients, understanding their goals and objectives.
  • Expansion and Retention: Work with the Sales Manager to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, increasing revenue and customer satisfaction.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize data and metrics to assess customer health, identify trends, and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Customer Advocacy: Serve as the voice of the customer within the company, advocating for their needs and interests.
  • Collaborative Teamwork: Coordinate with sales, marketing, and product teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business growth.

Requirements
  • Experience: Experience as a Customer Success Manager, Consultant, or Account Manager (ideally) for a SaaS company.
  • Education: Degree in business, engineering, computer science, or comparable education.
  • Skills: Experience in customer project management, confident in leading workshops, demonstrating product advantages and executive meetings as well as successful management of conflict situations and negotiations.
  • Language Skills: Excellent communicator with very good German (C2 level) and English skills, both written and spoken.
  • Team Player: Team player, strong bias towards action, obsessed with customers.
