Stellenbeschreibung:
Als Vertriebsmitarbeiter im Außendienst (m/w/d) sind Sie verantwortlich für die Neukundenakquise in Ihrer Region. Gemeinsam mit dem Area Manager oder der Area Managerin tragen Sie zur Entwicklung und Erweiterung unseres Kundenstamms im Hair & Beauty Bereich bei. Sie sind unser Sales-Profi vor Ort und spielen eine entscheidende Rolle in unserer Erfolgsgeschichte.

Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Eigenverantwortliche Arbeit in Ihrem Verkaufsgebiet und persönliche Neukundenakquise im B2B-Bereich.
  • Vorbereitende Recherche über die Hair & Beauty Professionals in Ihrer Region.
  • Wöchentliche Planung Ihrer Touren in Abstimmung mit Ihrem Team.
  • Unterstützung bei der Planung und Durchführung von Schulungen sowie Software-Demos.
  • Teilnahme an Messen und Branchenveranstaltungen.

Ihr Profil:
  • Erste Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb oder in einer ähnlichen Position ist wünschenswert, jedoch nicht zwingend erforderlich.
  • Grundlegendes technisches Verständnis und die Bereitschaft, sich in unsere Software einzuarbeiten.
  • Hunger nach Erfolg und Freude daran, Ziele zu übertreffen.
  • Fähigkeit, technische Aspekte verständlich zu erklären.
  • Überzeugendes Auftreten im persönlichen Kundenkontakt mit ausgeprägten Verkaufsfähigkeiten.
  • Eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten und die Fähigkeit, die eigene Woche selbstständig zu planen.
  • Begeisterung für neue Technologien und Social Media.
  • Gültiger Führerschein.

Gehalt: Euro brutto pro Jahr (Fixgehalt + Provision).
