Position: Pre-Sales Consultant für Softwarelösungen

Überblick: Wir suchen einen qualifizierten Pre-Sales Consultant, der potenzielle Kunden während des Verkaufsprozesses unterstützt. Ihre Hauptaufgabe besteht darin, das Vertriebsteam zu entlasten, Kundenbedürfnisse zu identifizieren und maßgeschneiderte Lösungen zu präsentieren. Idealerweise bringen Sie Erfahrung mit HCM- oder WFM-Lösungen mit, auch wenn dies nicht zwingend erforderlich ist.

Unsere Lösungen richten sich an mittlere bis große Unternehmen in verschiedenen Branchen und umfassen HR, Payroll und Workforce Management. Ihre Qualifikationen:

  • Erfahrung als Lösungsberater oder Pre-Sales Consultant in einem Softwareunternehmen
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, Präsentationen und Demos durchzuführen
  • Aufbau starker Beziehungen zu Entscheidungsträgern und Stakeholdern
  • Technische Unterstützung für das Vertriebsteam
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in relevanten Softwarelösungen
