Position: Pre-Sales Consultant für Softwarelösungen

Überblick: Wir suchen einen qualifizierten Pre-Sales Consultant, der potenzielle Kunden während des Verkaufsprozesses unterstützt. In dieser Rolle werden Sie das Vertriebsteam begleiten, Kundenbedürfnisse analysieren und geeignete Lösungen präsentieren. Idealerweise bringen Sie Erfahrung mit HCM- oder WFM-Lösungen mit, auch wenn dies nicht zwingend erforderlich ist.

Aufgaben:

  • Beratung von Kunden und Identifikation ihrer Bedürfnisse
  • Präsentation von Lösungen und Durchführung von Produktdemonstrationen
  • Unterstützung des Vertriebsteams durch technische Expertise
  • Aufbau und Pflege von Beziehungen zu Entscheidungsträgern
  • Erstellung von Präsentationen und Teilnahme an Meetings

Anforderungen:

  • Erfahrung als Lösungsberater oder in einer ähnlichen Rolle in einem Softwareunternehmen
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Technisches Verständnis und Erfahrung im Vertrieb
  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse
