This role offers a hybrid work model, allowing you to engage with clients on-site and collaborate from our offices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive pre-sales initiatives for SAP offerings within the DACH region.
  • Prepare software solution estimates and proposals tailored to diverse client project needs.
  • Work closely with sales and technical teams to craft and present customized SAP solutions to potential clients.
  • Engage with key decision-makers to assess their business requirements and illustrate how our SAP solutions can deliver value.
  • Create and deliver bespoke solution demonstrations, responses to RFPs, and project proposal presentations.
  • Conduct engaging solution presentations and demonstrations during client meetings.
  • Assist in defining project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
  • Build and maintain robust relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of our SAP solutions and service offerings.
Qualifications
  • At least 10 years of experience with SAP ECC, SAP Business Suite, SAP S/4HANA, or related SAP products in roles such as Functional Consultant, Solution Architect, Technical Consultant, or Project Manager.
  • Demonstrated success in developing business and delivering effective SAP solutions for large organizations.
  • Strong understanding of SAP Application Modules including Financial Accounting, Controlling, Financial Closing, Financial Consolidation (BOFC), Group Reporting, Procurement, Purchasing, Logistics Execution, AATP, Shipping, or Transportation Management.
  • Familiarity with SAP DMC, SAP Ariba, SAP Concur, or SAP IBP is advantageous.
  • Practical business knowledge and experience in sectors such as FMCG, Retail, Supply Chain, and Real Estate.
  • Experience in SAP projects encompassing implementation, system rollout, maintenance, and support.
  • Experience in a global or multinational software outsourcing environment is highly valued.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging effectively with C-level executives.
  • Fluency in both German and English is essential; additional languages are a plus.
  • Innovative mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, complemented by solid business acumen.
  • Able to manage stress and perform under pressure.
  • Willingness to travel within the DACH region as required.
