ESG Business Development Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Executive to join our Institutional Sales team at ISS | Institutional Shareholder Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the ESG market.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with institutional clients, leveraging your expertise in ESG research and solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Collaborate with our research and product teams to stay up-to-date on the latest ESG trends and developments, and to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Work closely with our marketing team to develop and execute sales strategies and campaigns.
- Manage and analyze sales data and performance metrics to inform business decisions and drive growth.
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments and competitor activity, and provide insights and recommendations to the leadership team.
Requirements
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in institutional sales and relationship management, with a focus on ESG and responsible investments.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, with a strong understanding of the ESG market and its trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
- Fluent in German and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
