As part of the "Transformation" team within the Financial Services sector, you will provide consultancy to banks, financial service providers, and FinTech companies on complex strategic, technical, and regulatory transformation projects.

Your Responsibilities
If you approach challenges with a solution-oriented mindset alongside motivated colleagues, you can contribute in the following ways:

  • Develop tailored solutions for our clients as part of a comprehensive, end-to-end consulting service for the establishment and development of regulated entities (banks, ZAG, leasing, etc.) and other licensing matters, and implement these solutions.
  • Design and implement governance frameworks.
  • Advise our clients on the development, realignment, and digitalization of innovative business model and process strategies along the value chain, aiming for sustainable growth, increased profitability, and enhanced competitiveness - for instance, through optimizing sales and cost strategies.
  • Lead client meetings and present results to our clients.
  • Manage complex sub-projects using modern tools and methodologies, taking on project leadership as necessary.
  • Support business and topic development, for example, on issues related to digital assets.
  • Your work will involve interdisciplinary teams both on-site with our clients and remotely.
Your Profile
  • To become a Lead Consultant (m/f/d) in Business Transformation - Financial Services, you should possess a well-rounded degree in economics, humanities, or natural sciences.
  • You should have several years of relevant professional experience (at least two years) in the financial services sector or a consulting firm.
  • A strong affinity for handling complex data and applications is essential.
  • Initial project management and leadership experience are desirable.
  • You should demonstrate a professional demeanor along with a high willingness to learn and perform.
  • Analytical skills, problem structuring, and solution development capabilities are also required.
  • Strong conflict resolution skills, communication proficiency, presentation confidence, and a service-oriented mindset are among your strengths.
  • Fluent German and English language skills, along with a willingness to travel, complete your qualifications.
