Public Sector Digital Transformation Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Public Sector Digital Transformation Consultant to join our team at KPMG. As a Public Sector Digital Transformation Consultant, you will play a key role in helping our clients navigate the complexities of digital transformation and achieve their business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead digital transformation initiatives for public sector clients, including strategy development, process improvement, and technology implementation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects and achieve business outcomes.
  • Develop and implement digital transformation strategies that align with client goals and objectives.
  • Provide expert advice on digital transformation best practices, including process re-engineering, technology implementation, and change management.
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate clients on digital transformation concepts and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, public policy, or computer science.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in digital transformation, consulting, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering digital transformation projects and achieving business outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Knowledge of digital transformation technologies, including cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and data analytics.
