HR Transformation Consultant

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Consultant to join our team at Capgemini Deutschland. As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to our clients on HR Cloud Software Implementation, with a focus on HR Core and Talent Management.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement HR Cloud Software Implementation projects as a project lead or team member
- Support clients in optimizing and implementing their processes in SAP SuccessFactors and related systems
- Moderate workshops and provide guidance to functional teams on the feasibility of requirements and innovations from releases and the SAP Roadmap
- Contribute to the acquisition of new clients, support in proposal processes, accompany presales meetings, and expand the business field around the HXM Suite
- Support colleagues in building knowledge and experience
- Completed degree or equivalent qualification
- Comprehensive knowledge of the HR-Core and Talent Management field and experience in consulting on HR Transformation projects and implementing SAP SuccessFactors
- Experience in at least two of the following modules: Employee Central, Onboarding, Compensation, Performance & Goals, Succession & Career Development Planning, Recruiting, Learning
- Enjoy taking on responsibility and tasks in projects
- Willingness to travel occasionally and excellent German and English language skills
