About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Transformation Manager to join our team at Telefónica. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and managing complex transformation projects, driving business growth, and improving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver transformation projects, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Develop and implement business process optimization strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business needs, and develop solutions to address them.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and external partners.
  • Develop and implement digital transformation strategies to drive business growth and improve customer experience.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior management role, with a proven track record of leading transformation projects and driving business growth.
  • Strong business acumen, with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve their best.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
