Digital Transformation Project Leader in Healthcare

For our esteemed partner in the healthcare industry, we are seeking a Digital Transformation Project Leader (m/f/d) for a direct placement opportunity.

Our partner is a consulting firm specializing in management consulting and is dedicated to guiding (IT) initiatives at a strategic level within the healthcare sector, particularly focusing on hospitals. In the role of project leader, you will serve as a consultant and facilitate various digital transformation initiatives for your clients.

This position offers the flexibility to work from one of the company locations or entirely from your home office. The role requires a willingness to travel, with weekly client meetings. An internal travel portal is provided for your convenience, ensuring you do not incur upfront travel costs.

A start date can be negotiated.

Your responsibilities:

  • Overseeing digitalization projects as part of the healthcare sector's digital transformation
  • Advising clients (e.g., hospitals) on various initiatives, including KHZG (Hospital Future Act), software implementations, restructuring, and process optimization
  • Providing support throughout the entire project lifecycle and maintaining communication with stakeholders
  • Preparing feasibility studies and decision-making documents
  • Collaborating directly with other project managers and consultants

Your qualifications:

  • Experience in the healthcare sector through several years of professional practice or academic background, such as in medical informatics
  • In-depth understanding of clinical and organizational processes within the healthcare field
  • Practical experience in IT or a strong affinity for technology
  • Analytical and solution-focused approach to work
  • Willingness to travel weekly
  • Excellent proficiency in written and spoken German
