Position Overview: In the role of Consultant (all genders) with a specialization in SAP SuccessFactors and Qualtrics, you will provide expert guidance to our clients throughout all stages of their digital transformation and modernization initiatives. Additionally, you will play a key role in the strategic growth and development of our consulting division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver consulting services focused on Core-HR, Talent Management, or Engagement Management across all project phases.
  • Configure SAP SuccessFactors and Qualtrics solutions to meet client needs.
  • Advise departments on the feasibility of requirements, manage process redesigns, and facilitate workshops.
  • Lead transformation and implementation projects as a (co-) project manager, including change management activities.
  • Oversee the coordination, planning, and management of ongoing operations related to SAP SuccessFactors and Qualtrics solutions, including release and roadmap management.
  • Contribute to pre-sales activities by preparing proposals, delivering presentations, and addressing complex client inquiries.
  • Support business development efforts to enhance our service offerings.

Qualifications:

  • Completed education or degree with relevant professional experience in IT.
  • Strong understanding of HR-Core and Talent Management processes, along with experience in digital HR solutions, particularly SAP SuccessFactors and/or Qualtrics.
  • Willingness to take on significant responsibilities in projects promptly.
  • High customer orientation with a strong focus on quality and a proactive approach.
  • Excellent consulting skills, flexibility, and communication abilities at all levels.
  • Fluent in both German and English.
  • Willingness to travel for project-related activities.
