About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Marketing Transformation Lead to join our team at knowhaus. As a key player in our organization, you will leverage your deep understanding of marketing disciplines and your knowledge in digital and analytical excellence to drive growth transformation for top global brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Strategic Marketing Plans: Drive growth and transformation for top-tier clients by developing and implementing strategic marketing plans.
  • Lead Marketing Technology and AdTech Projects: Lead projects in Marketing Technology, AdTech, and the transformational role of GenAI in Marketing.
  • Transform Marketing and Agency Operating Models: Help transform marketing and agency operating models to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Analyze Market Trends and Data: Analyze market trends and data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Lead Client Meetings and Presentations: Lead client meetings and presentations to drive business growth.
  • Mentor Team Members: Mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Requirements
  • 5+ Years of Experience: 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within strategic management services in top consultancy or leading marketing position.
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with a sense for leveraging digital tools to drive growth and transformation.
  • Proven Track Record: Proven track record in leading marketing projects and teams to deliver top-tier consulting results.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to Thrive in a Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
