SAP PP Team Lead – S/4HANA Manufacturing

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to oversee and drive international SAP ERP & S/4HANA transformation and rollout initiatives. This role involves significant leadership responsibilities and requires a strategic mindset.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Plan, control, execute, and monitor comprehensive SAP ERP & S/4HANA projects.
  • Team Coordination: Lead and coordinate interdisciplinary project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Process Definition: Act as a primary contact for defining end-to-end processes across various SAP modules and business sectors.
  • Client Engagement: Independently prepare and facilitate workshops with clients to gather requirements and provide insights.
  • Change Management: Implement change management strategies and provide coaching to stakeholders.
  • Presales Support: Assist in presales activities and foster strong customer relationships.
  • Mentorship: Guide and mentor trainees and senior consultants to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
  • Educational Background: Exceptional degree in business, (business) informatics, mechanical engineering, logistics, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 4 years of experience as an SAP logistics consultant or in application support, with a focus on production planning.
  • S/4HANA Expertise: Ideally, possess experience in S/4HANA implementation projects.
  • Leadership Experience: Previous experience as a project leader or subproject leader in large-scale SAP projects is advantageous.
  • Work Style: Demonstrate an independent and proactive approach, with strong analytical and communication skills in diverse environments.
  • Language Proficiency: Excellent command of both German and English.
  • Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel, including occasional international assignments.
