Position Overview

The role focuses on managing relationships to drive measurable outcomes in revenue growth, market expansion, and engagement within partner sales teams at Palo Alto Networks. Success in this position will involve crafting and implementing tailored business strategies with Deutsche Telekom, with performance metrics centered on collaborative business achievements at a regional scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate and execute strategic business plans in partnership with Account Directors, enhancing all facets of the partner relationship to unlock growth potential and ensure successful customer implementations.
  • Collaborate effectively within a team to guarantee satisfaction for both partners and customers.
  • Create a compelling value proposition that motivates the strategic partner to advocate for our solutions.
  • Develop and activate services leveraging both emerging and established technologies to boost revenue, while closely collaborating with product teams to innovate new solutions and go-to-market strategies that differentiate us in the marketplace.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication across the region with partners to foster strong partnerships throughout your tenure.
  • Conduct regular reviews of business performance and partner relationships with senior management and various stakeholders.
  • Compile and maintain performance reports and activity dashboards to track progress and outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Significant experience in Sales, Channel Management, or Business Development within the enterprise software or network security sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in building, managing, and expanding relationships within Deutsche Telekom.
  • Proficiency in both English and German.
  • In-depth understanding of the DACH market, particularly the German landscape.
  • Familiarity with Service Provider operational frameworks.
  • Knowledge of sales, marketing, and solution development processes.
  • Exhibit strong initiative and creativity, with excellent presentation, writing, and communication skills.
  • Proven track record of navigating complex sales scenarios through negotiation and conflict resolution.
