We are currently seeking a qualified individual to assume the role of Strategic Business Partner. This position will report directly to the Director of Commercial Excellence.

As a Strategic Business Partner, you will collaborate closely with marketing and sales divisions. Your primary responsibility will be to comprehend divisional objectives and strategies, facilitating their execution. Furthermore, you will provide actionable insights and analytics to the teams.

In this role, you will play a vital part in our performance update meetings, guiding commercial teams through comprehensive performance evaluations. You will also oversee the coordination and execution of structural changes, capacity planning, and projects related to targeting and segmentation. Additionally, your support will be crucial for sales leadership in achieving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business collaboration, performance oversight, and reporting
  • Execution of strategic marketing and sales initiatives
  • Collaborative development of key performance indicators and reports to manage sales and marketing objectives
  • Monitoring and analysis of reports, proactively addressing any discrepancies with business partners
  • Providing operational guidance in the formulation and execution of the annual sales strategy
  • Assisting sales management in refining and optimizing sales structures
  • Leading project management efforts for strategic sales initiatives, including prioritization and regional restructuring

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience in operational sales, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry
  • Strong analytical abilities and adeptness in managing comprehensive data structures while maintaining business relevance
  • Proactive approach to project coordination and execution, achieving success with the support of a dedicated team
  • Quick learner with a passion for performance and professional growth
  • Fluency in German and proficiency in English, both written and spoken

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience in marketing within the consumer goods or pharmaceutical sectors
  • Background in market research
