Strategic Partner Manager

As a Strategic Partner Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our partner ecosystem. Your responsibilities will include:
- Formulating and executing plans to attract new sales partners while enhancing relationships with current collaborators.
- Establishing and nurturing enduring partnerships to drive mutual success and growth.
- Reviewing and refining the partner/channel program to align with the overarching business strategy.
- Delivering engaging sales presentations, conducting webinars, and facilitating training sessions.
- Negotiating agreements with prospective partners and ensuring seamless internal communication.
- Working closely with internal teams to identify partner requirements and devise tailored solutions.
- Evaluating leads, managing CRM systems, and generating reports for senior management.
- Contributing to business planning and the development of long-term strategic initiatives.
- At least 5 years of experience in software, SaaS, or security sales and partner/channel management.
- A strong passion for networking and B2B sales, coupled with existing industry insights.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
- Self-driven and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- A collaborative team player with strong stakeholder management skills.
- Interest in cybersecurity with familiarity in relevant terminology.
- Proficiency in both German and English.
- Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time.
