We are seeking a qualified individual to assume the role of Strategic Business Partner. This position will report directly to the Director of Commercial Excellence.

As a Strategic Business Partner, you will collaborate closely with both marketing and sales teams. Your primary responsibility will be to comprehend divisional objectives and strategies, facilitating their execution. Additionally, you will provide insightful analytics and actionable recommendations to the teams.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in our performance update sessions, where you will guide the commercial teams through performance evaluations. You will also oversee the coordination and execution of essential structural changes, capacity planning, and projects related to targeting and segmentation. Furthermore, we expect you to assist sales leadership in achieving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business collaboration, performance oversight, and reporting
  • Execution of strategic marketing and sales initiatives
  • Co-development of key performance indicators and reports to manage and control sales and marketing objectives
  • Monitoring, assessment, and interpretation of reports, with proactive escalation of discrepancies to business partners
  • Advising and providing operational support in the formulation and execution of the annual sales strategy for field operations
  • Assisting sales management in evaluating and refining the sales structure
  • Leading project management efforts in the execution of strategic sales initiatives (e.g., prioritization of healthcare professionals, regional structural adjustments, targeting, and segmentation)

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven operational sales experience, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry
  • Strong analytical capabilities and the ability to navigate complex data structures while maintaining business relevance
  • Self-sufficiency in initiating projects and coordinating efforts, driving them to success with support from a robust team within the Business Partner and Commercial Operations division
  • Quick learning ability, determination, and a passion for performance and development
  • Proficiency in German and excellent command of English (both written and spoken)

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

  • Marketing experience in the consumer goods or pharmaceutical sectors
  • Background in market research
