You will work alongside a diverse range of internal stakeholders, including Global and International Account Directors.
Your primary objective will be to enhance alignment between the sales teams at PAN and its partners, ensuring exceptional execution in account planning and pipeline management for all collaborative opportunities.
Your Impact- Collaborate with Account Directors to develop and implement business strategies that maximize growth potential, ensuring partners are equipped to deliver successful customer implementations.
- Foster a team-oriented environment to guarantee satisfaction for both partners and customers.
- Create a compelling value proposition that motivates strategic partners to advocate for our solutions.
- Initiate and activate services leveraging both emerging and established technologies to drive revenue growth, while closely coordinating with product teams to innovate new solutions and go-to-market strategies.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with partners across the region to cultivate strong partnerships throughout your tenure.
- Conduct regular performance assessments and relationship reviews with senior management and various stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain performance reports and activity dashboards to track progress.
- Significant experience in Sales, Channel Management, or Business Development within the enterprise software or network security sectors.
- Demonstrated success in building, managing, and expanding relationships within the partner ecosystem.
- Proficiency in both English and German.
- In-depth understanding of the DACH market, particularly the German landscape.
- Familiarity with Service Provider operational frameworks.
- Knowledge of sales strategies, marketing, and solution development.
- Proven ability to take initiative and think innovatively, coupled with excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Consistent track record of navigating complex sales scenarios through effective negotiation and conflict resolution.
