As a working student, you will play a vital role in the IT Global Service & Parts assistant team. Your responsibilities will encompass the preparation, coordination, and management of cross-departmental initiatives. You will also engage in the operational planning and execution of internal communication strategies.

Your Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development and execution of communication plans tailored for internal audiences.
  • Take initiative in designing, planning, and implementing internal communication formats, including organizing and following up on virtual and in-person events and workshops.
  • Write, compile, and publish blog posts and newsletters while supporting the internal community and analyzing key metrics.
  • Contribute conceptually and operationally to change management by familiarizing yourself with agile methodologies and enhancing collaboration between business and IT.
  • Represent the interests of various divisions within the overarching editorial team.
  • Support daily operations, gaining insights into the cross-departmental processes of a large corporation, including content planning and preparation for management meetings.
  • Prepare and assist with digital and in-person events such as departmental town halls or workshops.
Qualifications

To qualify for this student trainee position, you should ideally possess:

  • Current enrollment in a degree program related to communications, media, economics, humanities, or social sciences (a valid certificate of enrollment is required).
  • A passion for communication and media.
  • A reliable work ethic and proactive approach.
  • Fluency in both German and English.
  • Familiarity with graphic design, photography, video production, or editing (preferred).
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
