Department Insights:
The SC/WTL division is integral to the management of load carriers and the procurement of universal load carriers. This department collaborates with various partner areas across the entire supply chain, including production facilities, suppliers, and logistics management.
Your Responsibilities:
- Intranet Management: Update and enhance the social intranet site by ensuring content relevance and improving user experience.
- Committee Documentation: Prepare essential documents for management meetings to facilitate informed decision-making through thorough research and analysis.
- Controlling Support: Act as a Business Partner by assisting in financial planning and analysis, contributing to the overall financial health of the organization.
- Process Evaluation: Analyze current processes to identify improvement opportunities and implement necessary optimizations.
- Data Analytics: Conduct data analysis and create dashboards using Power BI to support cost management and operational insights.
- Organizational Support: Assist in the coordination and optimization of load carrier logistics within the SC/WTL area.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in economics, engineering, or a related field.
- Demonstrated analytical skills and a methodical approach to work.
- Prior experience in logistics or controlling is advantageous.
