Sales Operations Coordinator, Amazon Hub PARP

The Sales Operations Lead will assist the country director with all facets of product deployment and upkeep in Germany and Austria as we continue to grow our operations.

The ideal candidate will cultivate and sustain robust relationships with both internal and external stakeholders – including service providers, host partners, technology and product management teams, as well as the local business development unit.

This role requires a blend of analytical and innovative thinking, actively seeking methods to enhance products, processes, and tools, while effectively implementing those strategies.

Excellent interpersonal skills are essential, as this position involves regular engagement with leadership at Amazon and partner organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the comprehensive installation and maintenance process for Pickup and Return Points.
  • Ensure timely execution of service rollouts.
  • Drive initiatives for continuous improvement in installation and maintenance processes, alongside cost efficiency.
  • Monitor the performance of service providers, including installation and maintenance partners, and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Analyze and identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and operational performance, including elevating Operations KPIs.
  • Engage in strategic initiatives, including new product and feature launches, process enhancements, and geographic expansion.
  • Collaborate with global Partner Operations Program Managers to innovate for the business and establish best practices.
  • Create resources for service providers and host partners.
  • Report on daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs and projects to senior management.
  • Foster and promote an environment that is receptive and adaptable to business changes.
Basic Qualifications:
  • A degree in engineering or a related field, as the role necessitates technical expertise.
  • Relevant experience in risk assessment and decision-making based on evaluations.
  • Proven experience in data analysis.
  • Proficient in technology, with the ability to quickly learn new systems.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Full professional proficiency in both written and spoken English and German.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in program or operations management, particularly with hardware and software products.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing cross-functional and regional programs, influencing various stakeholder groups.
  • Experience in measuring and optimizing performance.
  • Experience in managing third-party resources on a national scale.
  • Knowledge of SQL and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Six Sigma or Lean certification.
