Position Overview:
The Sales Operations Manager will assist the country lead in all facets of product installation and upkeep as we expand our operations in Germany and Austria.

Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will cultivate and sustain robust relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, including service providers, host partners, technology and product management teams, and local business development units.

This role requires a blend of analytical and creative thinking, with a focus on identifying enhancements for products, processes, and tools, and effectively implementing those improvements.

Interpersonal Skills:
Strong interpersonal abilities are essential, as this position involves regular interactions with leadership at Amazon and partner organizations.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Overseeing the complete installation and maintenance process for Pickup and Return Points.
  • Ensuring timely execution of service rollouts.
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives in installation and maintenance processes, along with cost reduction strategies.
  • Monitoring the performance of service providers, including installation and maintenance partners, and internet service providers, while escalating issues as necessary.
  • Identifying and executing opportunities to enhance customer experience and performance through data analysis, including elevating Operations KPIs.
  • Participating in strategic initiatives, including new product and feature launches, process enhancements, and geographic expansion.
  • Collaborating with global Partner Operations Program Managers to innovate for the business and establish best practices.
  • Creating materials for service providers and host partners.
  • Reporting on daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs and projects to senior leadership.
  • Fostering an environment that is receptive and adaptable to business changes.

Basic Qualifications:

  • A degree in engineering or a related field, as the role necessitates technical expertise.
  • Relevant experience in risk assessment and decision-making based on that assessment.
  • Experience in data analysis.
  • Technologically adept, with the ability to quickly learn new systems.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Full professional proficiency in written and spoken English and German.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in program or operations management, particularly with hardware and software products.
  • Proven experience managing cross-functional and regional programs, influencing various stakeholder groups.
  • Experience in measuring and optimizing performance.
  • Experience managing third-party resources on a national scale.
  • Knowledge of SQL and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Six Sigma or Lean certification.
