The Sales Operations Manager will assist the country lead in all facets of product setup and upkeep in Germany and Austria as we expand our operations.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will cultivate and sustain robust relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, including service providers, host partners, technology and product management teams, and local business development.
This role requires a blend of analytical and creative thinking, with a focus on identifying enhancements for products, processes, and tools, and implementing those improvements.

Key Job Responsibilities
The Sales Operations Manager will:
- Oversee the complete installation and maintenance process for Pickup and Return Points.
- Ensure timely execution of service rollouts.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives in installation and maintenance processes, along with cost reduction efforts.
- Evaluate the performance of service providers, including installation and maintenance partners, and escalate issues as necessary.
- Utilize analysis to identify and act on opportunities to enhance customer experience and operational performance, including elevating Operations KPIs.
- Engage in strategic projects, encompassing new product and feature launches, process enhancements, and geographic expansion.
- Collaborate with global Partner Operations Program Managers to innovate for the business and establish best practices.
- Create materials for service providers and host partners.
- Report on daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs and projects to senior leadership.
- Foster an environment that is receptive and adaptable to business changes.
Basic Qualifications
- A degree in engineering or a related field, as technical knowledge is required.
- Experience in risk assessment and decision-making based on evaluations.
- Experience in data analysis.
- Proficient in technology, with the ability to quickly learn new systems.
- Experience managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Full professional proficiency in written and spoken English and German.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in program or operations management, particularly with hardware and software products.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional and regional programs, influencing various stakeholder groups.
- Experience in measuring and optimizing performance.
- Experience managing third-party resources on a national scale.
- Knowledge of SQL and advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Six Sigma or Lean certification.
