The ideal candidate will possess both analytical and creative skills, actively seeking opportunities to enhance products, processes, and tools while executing those initiatives effectively.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal abilities are essential, as this role will involve regular interaction with leadership at Amazon and partner organizations.

Key Job Responsibilities:
The Sales Operations Manager will:
- Oversee the complete installation and maintenance process for Pickup and Return Points.
- Ensure timely execution of service rollouts.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives in installation and maintenance processes, focusing on cost efficiency.
- Monitor the performance of service providers, including installation and maintenance partners, and escalate issues as necessary.
- Analyze data to identify and act on opportunities to enhance customer experience and operational performance, including elevating Operations KPIs.
- Engage in strategic projects, including the launch of new products and features, process enhancements, and geographic expansion.
- Collaborate with global Partner Operations Program Managers to innovate and establish best practices.
- Create materials for service providers and host partners.
- Report on daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs and projects to senior leadership.
- Foster an environment that is receptive and adaptable to business changes.
Basic Qualifications:
- A degree in engineering or a related field, as technical knowledge is required.
- Experience in risk assessment and decision-making based on evaluations.
- Experience in data analysis.
- Proficient in technology, with the ability to quickly learn new systems.
- Experience managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Full professional proficiency in written and spoken English and German.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in program or operations management, particularly with hardware and software products.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional and regional programs, influencing various stakeholder groups.
- Experience in measuring and optimizing performance.
- Experience managing third-party resources on a national scale.
- Knowledge of SQL and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Six Sigma or Lean certification.
