The Sales Operations Manager will assist the country lead in all facets of product installation and upkeep in Germany and Austria as we broaden our operations.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will cultivate and sustain robust relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, including service providers, host partners, technology and product management teams, and the local business development unit.
The individual should possess both analytical and innovative capabilities, actively seeking methods to enhance products, processes, and tools, while effectively implementing those strategies.

Strong interpersonal skills are crucial, as this role will involve regular interactions with leadership at Amazon and partner organizations.

Essential Duties
The Sales Operations Manager will:
- Oversee the comprehensive installation and maintenance process for Pickup and Return Points.
- Ensure timely execution of service rollouts.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives in installation and maintenance processes, focusing on cost efficiency.
- Monitor the performance of service providers, including installation and maintenance partners, and escalate issues as necessary.
- Analyze data to identify and act on opportunities to enhance customer experience and operational performance, including elevating Operations KPIs.
- Engage in strategic projects, encompassing new product and feature launches, process enhancements, and geographic expansion.
- Collaborate with global Partner Operations Program Managers to innovate on behalf of the business and establish best practices.
- Create materials for service providers and host partners.
- Report on daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs and projects to senior leadership.
- Foster an environment that is receptive and adaptable to business changes.
Basic Qualifications
- A degree in engineering or a related field, as the role necessitates technical expertise.
- Experience in risk assessment and decision-making based on evaluations.
- Proficient in data analysis.
- Technologically adept, with the ability to quickly learn new systems.
- Experience managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Full professional proficiency in written and spoken English and German.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in program or operations management, particularly with hardware and software products.
- Proven track record in managing cross-functional and regional programs, influencing various stakeholder groups.
- Experience in measuring and optimizing performance.
- Experience managing third-party resources on a national scale.
- Knowledge of SQL and advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Six Sigma or Lean certification.
