Customer Success Lead

We are a rapidly expanding organization focused on simplifying employee benefits. With a robust presence in Germany, we are extending our operations throughout Europe. As we progress in our journey, we are seeking a committed Customer Success Manager to enhance our exceptional team.
Key Responsibilities- Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients while ensuring the ongoing satisfaction of current clients
- Collaborate closely with our Success Managers and engage in all operational workflows
- Deploy software solutions to optimize operational efficiency
- Evaluate and improve Customer Success methodologies
- Collect insights through focus groups to inform product development
- Work alongside seasoned team members and company founders
- Proven ability to operate autonomously with an entrepreneurial spirit
- Exceptional communication skills in both German and English
- Strong negotiation capabilities and a methodical approach to work
- 1-2 years of experience in Customer Success within a software firm or startup environment
- Experience a dynamic startup culture with flexible working hours
