We are a rapidly expanding organization focused on simplifying employee benefits. With a robust presence in Germany, we are extending our operations throughout Europe. As we progress in our journey, we are seeking a committed Customer Success Manager to enhance our exceptional team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients while ensuring the ongoing satisfaction of current clients
  • Collaborate closely with our Success Managers and engage in all operational workflows
  • Deploy software solutions to optimize operational efficiency
  • Evaluate and improve Customer Success methodologies
  • Collect insights through focus groups to inform product development
  • Work alongside seasoned team members and company founders
Qualifications
  • Proven ability to operate autonomously with an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Exceptional communication skills in both German and English
  • Strong negotiation capabilities and a methodical approach to work
  • 1-2 years of experience in Customer Success within a software firm or startup environment
