About the Role
As a key member of our Customer Success Management Team at Interxion, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful delivery of our operational services to our global and local accounts. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the customer interface on all elements of the operational contract across internal functions, processes, and people.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, coach, and grow a high-performing CSM team to achieve operational excellence.
- Develop and implement effective Customer Success plans and programs to meet customer needs and expectations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of operational services.
- Manage customer relationships and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of our Customer Success initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience in leading a Customer Success Team or Customer Support.
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in a data center sector or telecommunication, 5+ years' experience in an international environment and in dealing with international customers.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Expert know-how in working within defined KPIs and schedules.
- Expert in contract and SLA management, Service Improvement and Process Management.
- Excellent people management skills.
- Excellent organizational management skills (ability to manage competing priorities and quickly pivot as required by the organization).
- Strong customer and service orientation and ability to work independently to create an outstanding customer experience.
