- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, representing their interests within the organization and driving value creation.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and competitor offerings to continuously improve our customer success initiatives and maintain a competitive edge.

Our world has changed. Risks are increasing, and companies need to better understand and manage them. But they lack the necessary risk infrastructure and analytical tools. Our platform, Risk Data and Services (RDS), gives companies the ability to take control of their risks. It provides access to modern data infrastructure and risk models from Swiss Re and third-party providers. With these insights, companies can make informed decisions: Should we open a production facility in a location less prone to flooding?
RDS has shown significant success with large and mid-sized companies worldwide. We are now entering the next phase, and the key to success lies in close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, a pragmatic approach, and a 'can-do' attitude.
About YouWe are looking for a professional who is passionate about technology and innovation, with a natural customer-centric approach. Your qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a role with customer contact and enthusiasm for post-sales account management for SaaS/Cloud/Platform-based solutions.
- A very reactive and customer-focused attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a team, build relationships with customers, and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Documented high customer satisfaction and above-average customer retention.
- Proven experience in dealing with stakeholders - also in potentially complex situations.
- Fluent English and German language skills. French language skills are a plus, and any other European language is welcome.
Desirable additional qualifications:
- Experience in a start-up environment is a significant plus.
- Experience working with CRM systems and customer success platforms is a plus.
