Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our success team, you will be responsible for onboarding new customers, managing existing relationships, and ensuring long-term customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Onboard new customers and manage existing relationships to ensure long-term customer satisfaction
- Work closely with our team to analyze customer needs and develop tailored solutions
- Implement and optimize customer success processes to drive business growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer pain points
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive retention and growth
- Proven experience in customer success or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in German and English
