About the Role

As a key member of our Customer Success Management Team at Interxion, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful delivery of our operational services to our global and local accounts. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and grow a high-performing CSM team, while also overseeing the planning and distribution of responsibilities within the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing CSM team
  • Oversee the planning and distribution of responsibilities within the team
  • Ensure the successful delivery of operational services to global and local accounts
  • Manage the customer interface on all elements of the operational contract across internal functions, processes, and people
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in leading a Customer Success Team or Customer Support
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in a data center sector or telecommunication, 5+ years' experience in an international environment and in dealing with international customers
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Expert know-how in working within defined KPIs and schedules
  • Expert in contract and SLA management, Service Improvement and Process Management
  • Excellent people management skills
  • Excellent organizational management skills (ability to manage competing priorities and quickly pivot as required by the organization)
  • Strong customer and service orientation and ability to work independently to create an outstanding customer experience
