Hinweis: Einarbeitung vor Ort erforderlich, danach besteht die Möglichkeit für Homeoffice.

Wir bieten auch Werkstudentenstellen mit 20 Stunden pro Woche an.

Aktuell sind mehrere Projekte im Bereich telefonischer Kundenservice aktiv, insbesondere in den Bereichen Technologie, Mobilfunk, Internet, Finanzdienstleistungen und kaufmännische Tätigkeiten.

Aufgaben

Deine Hauptaufgaben umfassen:

  • Telefonische und schriftliche Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen
  • Beantwortung von Fragen zu Rechnungen und Verträgen
  • Bearbeitung und Abschluss von Kundenanliegen
Qualifikationen
