About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistic Support Analysis Engineer to join our team at Alstom. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective support of our rail mobility solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement performance allocation strategies in compliance with Design for Serviceability (DFS) targets.
  • Define maintenance plans and design of Logistic Support Analysis (LSA) elements, including Maintenance Task Analysis (MTA), Life Cycle Cost (LCC), Life On Rail Analysis (LORA), and Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM).
  • Identify and define spare parts requirements.
  • Validate support solutions and associated maintenance documentation, special tools, and training toolkits.
  • Capitalise data in the central Integrated Service Readiness (ISR) repository.
  • Manage LSA teams in tenders or projects.
  • Manage LSA activities to deliver Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) commitments in coordination with the ISR Management plan.
  • Develop LSA Management plans.
  • Ensure technical interfaces with Rail Systems, Components, Signaling, and Infrastructure teams.
  • Ensure DFS is correctly applied on Sub-Systems (Component Sites).
  • Collect and consider Return of Experience (REX) data.
  • Manage the Definition of Logistic Breakdown Structure (LBS) in consistency with Design Engineering Bill of Material (BOM) definitions.
  • Elaborate maintenance plans.
  • Elaborate LCC calculations, analyse, and optimise.
  • Manage relationships with sourcing for ISR requirement clauses linked to sourcing concerns.
  • Ensure the LSA database (ISR PDM) is defined and completed correctly.
  • Ensure compliance between Spare Part consumption models and maintenance strategies.
  • Validate content of technical maintenance documentation and training toolkits.
About You

We value passion and attitude over experience. We are looking for a candidate with:

  • 3-5 years of experience in ILS/LCC in related industries.
  • Mechanical or electrical engineering master's degree.
  • Fluent German - business speaking.
  • Good English - technical communication.
  • Enjoy Data Analysis and optimisation.
  • Capable of Supplier management and challenges to get optimal results.
  • Capable of thinking out of the box, looking for new ideas and reaching set targets.
