About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistic Support Analysis Engineer to join our team in Hennigsdorf, Germany. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying performance allocation in compliance with Design for Serviceability (DFS) targets, defining maintenance plans and designs of Logistic Support Analysis (LSA) elements, and ensuring technical interfaces with various teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify performance allocation in compliance with DFS targets
  • Define maintenance plans and designs of LSA elements (MTA, LCC, LORA, RCM)
  • Define spare parts
  • Validate support solutions and associated maintenance documentation, special tools, and training toolkits
  • Capitalize data in the central Integrated Service Readiness (ISR) repository (ILS PDM)
  • Manage LSA teams in tenders or projects
  • Manage LSA activities to deliver Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) commitments in coordination with the ISR Management plan
  • Write LSA Management plans
  • Ensure technical interfaces with Rail Systems, Components, Signaling, and Infrastructure teams
  • Ensure DFS is correctly applied on Sub-Systems (Component Sites)
  • Ensure Return of Experience (REX) is collected and considered
  • Manage Definition of Logistic Breakdown Structure (LBS) in consistency with Design Engineering Bill of Material (BOM) definitions
  • Elaborate maintenance plans
  • Elaborate LCC calculations, analyze, and optimize
  • Manage relationships with sourcing for ISR requirement clauses linked to sourcing concerns
  • Ensure the LSA database (ILS PDM) is defined and completed correctly
  • Ensure compliance between Spare Part consumption models and maintenance strategies
  • Validate content of technical maintenance documentation and training toolkits

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in ILS/LCC in related industries
  • Mechanical or electrical engineering master's degree
  • Fluent German - business speaking
  • Good English - technical communication
  • Enjoy data analysis and optimization
  • Capable of supplier management and challenges to get optimal results
  • Capable of thinking out of the box, looking for new ideas, and reaching set targets
